We offer a 30-day return window. This means you have exactly 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your items (including wallpapers and metal wall crafts) must be in the original condition that you received them—unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original manufacturer’s packaging.

Please note that items returned after the 30-day period will not be accepted for a refund or exchange, and may be sent back to the customer at their own expense.

2. Specific Return Conditions & Scenarios

A. Change of Mind / Personal Preference

We understand that a wallpaper pattern or wall decal may look different in your specific lighting than it does on screen. If you change your mind for any reason, you are welcome to return the product. However, the product must not have been partially installed or cut. For "Change of Mind" returns, the 30-day rule applies strictly.

B. Damaged during Transit or Defective Products

Our Wall Art and Decals are fragile. If your order arrives damaged (e.g., bent metal, torn paper, or smeared ink), please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us at support@manstylehaven.shop within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damage and the shipping label. We will cover 100% of the cost for a replacement or a full refund.

C. Incorrect Item Sent

If the item you received does not match your order confirmation (wrong size, wrong color, or completely different design), please notify us immediately. We will rectify the error by shipping the correct item and providing a prepaid return label for the incorrect one.

D. Non-Delivery / Lost Packages

If your package has not arrived within the timeframe specified in our Shipping Policy, please check your Order Tracking page. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

4. Shipping Costs and Fees

  • Return Shipping Costs: We are proud to offer Free Return Shipping. Manstylehaven will pay for the return shipping costs for all authorized returns by providing a prepaid label.
  • Restocking Fees: We do NOT charge any restocking fees or hidden administrative costs for returned items.

5. Refund Issuance and Timeline

After we receive and inspect your returned items at our Arizona warehouse, we will notify you of the approval status. This inspection process typically takes 2 business days.

  • Original Payment Method: All refunds are issued back to the original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.). We cannot issue refunds to a different bank account or card.
  • Processing Time: Once initiated, the refund will appear in your account within 7 business days. Note: International banks or specific credit card issuers may take up to 10-14 days to post the credit to your statement.
