Important Notice: You have a window of 12 hours from the time of purchase to request a cancellation or make any changes to your order information. After this period, orders enter the production and fulfillment stage and cannot be modified.
1. How to Request a Cancellation or Change
If you need to cancel your order or change details (such as a shipping address, product size, or design choice), please follow these steps within the 12-hour grace period:
- Email us immediately: Send your request to support@manstylehaven.shop.
- Subject Line: Use "Order Cancellation - [Your Order Number]" or "Order Change - [Your Order Number]".
- Details: Clearly state what needs to be updated or if you wish to void the transaction entirely.
Our support team monitors emails during our business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, Monday – Saturday) and will confirm your request once processed.
2. Orders Already Shipped or Processed
If the 12-hour window has passed, or if your order has already been picked up by our shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL), we are unable to stop the shipment.
- In this case, please wait for the package to arrive and then follow our Return & Refund Policy.
- You may return the item for a refund once it is delivered to you, provided it remains in its original, unused condition.
3. Modification Fees
We believe in fair service for all our customers. Therefore:
- No Cancellation Fees: There are no administrative costs or penalties for canceling an order within the 12-hour window.
- No Change Fees: We do not charge extra fees for updating your order details (though changing to a higher-priced product will require paying the price difference).
- Full Refund: If canceled on time, you will receive a 100% refund back to your original payment method.
4. Address Corrections
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at checkout. If you discover an error after the 12-hour window, please contact us immediately.
